INFORMATION AND VALUATIONS
The Gooday Gallery does not offer valuations, appraisals, opinions or advice to visitors of this website, whether by email, telephone, text or letter, as to the value and or history of any item submitted to them. Customers wishing to visit the gallery are most welcome to come and browse the shop and we are happy to chat about objects and their provenance.
DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION
Whilst we seek to describe all items accurately, it may be impractical to carry out exhaustive research on each item. Prospective buyers are given ample opportunities to view and inspect an item in the gallery, either in opening hours or by appointment, or request additional photos, before any purchase and they (and any independent experts on their behalf) must satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of any description applied to any item.
Prospective buyers purchase on the understanding that, inevitably, representations or statements by us as to authorship, genuineness, origin, date, age, provenance, condition or selling price involve matters of opinion only and we do not accept liability for the correctness of such opinions.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
We accept payment in pounds sterling (GBP) by Bank Transfer, cheque (which will need to be cleared before an item is sent) or major credit card payments by person in the gallery. Prices are exclusive of postage and packaging so please request a quote for mailing with insurance. We do not take any responsibility for lost parcels if insurance is not taken by the buyer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The buyer is responsible for all local and import taxes or other custom fees for their package. Please note that shipments can be held in customs for a long time which is totally out of The Gooday Gallery's control. In such cases we advise the buyer to contact your local customs office directly. If you decide to refuse any shipments The Gooday Gallery will not grant refunds of any kind.

All property rights in this website, including the logo, images, text and products, are owned by The Gooday Gallery. No reproduction is permitted without prior written consent. All descriptions and prices expressed on this website and instore are of a given opinion only and the viewer/customer should exercise caveat emptor.
